Mindal Global Resources is an integrated energy and commodities company trading petroleum products, fertilizers and industrial materials across Nigeria since 2006.

Our story

Two decades supplying the fuels, materials and services industry runs on.

What began as a focused oil & gas operation in Lagos has grown into a multidisciplinary company. Today Mindal moves an average of 25 million litres of petroleum products a month, PMS, AGO, ATK and LPG, alongside fertilizers, polymers and recyclables, and delivers engineering, construction and procurement support.

Our edge is logistics. With nationwide road haulage and dedicated truck systems supporting gas plants, we keep product flowing to depots, plants and ports without the gaps that stall industry.

Registered as RC 676 716 and operating from Lagos, we act as a single, dependable link between refineries, manufacturers and the businesses that depend on them.

How we grew

2006

Founded in Lagos

Mindal begins trading oil & gas products from the heart of Lagos, Nigeria's commercial capital.

2010s

Scaling petroleum throughput

Volume grows to an average of 25 million litres of PMS, AGO and ATK moved every month.

Expansion

Diversified into commodities

Added fertilizers, polypropylene, plastic raw materials and refinery by-products to the portfolio.

Marine

Marine & stevedoring services

Added NIMASA-registered marine and stevedoring operations, managing the loading, unloading and securing of cargo between ships and docks.

Engineering, construction and procurement added alongside nationwide logistics, maritime services and recycling.
